He began his legal career as a general practitioner, utilizing his knowledge acquired from his position as a financial executive at a large multi-national corporation (Paramount Pictures Corporation, 1982-1989), coupled with his graduate degree in finance (M.B.A. in Finance).
Mr. Heller has represented a broad spectrum of clients in the private sector, from many industries, and has extensive experience in representing individuals and entities in business transactions and asset purchase and sale agreements. Mr. Heller has also represented all of the parties involved in real estate transactions, including purchasers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and institutional lenders. Furthermore, Mr. Heller also was a Nassau County Small Claims Assessment Review Hearing Officer.
